It was a great modern and top quality hotel in a downtown area, so close to central Flagstaff bars and food, the channel and downtown Flagstaff. Central location was a plus. Explored a historic mansion, that is located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue:)))

Staff were patient.
Excellent modern venue, unbeatable location just next door to Flagstaff, the bars and restaurants and many pubs, restaurants and cafes, enjoyed our stay. We got good-sized and newly remodelled a double room with a queen bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. Climate control and flat-screen television were available in the room.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service!
Check-in was smooth, and the staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining. Be sure to ask for a room away from Butler Ave for quieter nights. Perfect for solo travelers seeking comfort and convenience!

the location was exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from northern arizona university. we found it in a central area next to the outlet by the sink, bars and restaurants and a historic restaurant.

The breakfast options were basic, and the coffee quality could use improvement. It's a good choice for families or short stays, but some attention to food variety would enhance the experience.

hotel is new and very close to the centre of the very pretty flagstaff. you walk a few minutes through a nice settlement and you are in the city. near the hotel, even before you get to the city centre, there are some very good places to eat.
breakfast is okay, not much. hotel is brand new, furnishings are okay. area is just great, not so much route 66, flagstaff and proximity to the grand canyon. we didn't want to stay longer.
